Fish Fillet With Grilled Tomato



Cherry tomatoes: 1 gram (cut into halves)

Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Spices: grams (salt and black pepper to taste)

- Fish Fillet: Gram (2 slices)

Garlic: clove (cut into small pieces)

Olive paste: 1 teaspoon (for serving)

Basil Leaves: 3 pcs (to serve)

How to prepare

1- Preheat oven to 160 ° C.

2- Place the tomatoes on a roasting pan, pour a tablespoon of oil on it, and season. Then, bake in the oven for 35 minutes.

3- The oven temperature is raised to 200 degrees Celsius.

4- Marinate the fish fillets and place them on the tray with the tomatoes. Sprinkle the garlic, and pour the remaining oil on the fish. The tray is baked again for 15 to 20 minutes, until the fish is completely done.

5- Serve this dish with olive paste and basil leaves.
