Mashed potatoes with carrots for an easy and delicious appetizer

 


Ingredients


Carrots: 2 tablets (peeled, chopped and boiled)

Potatoes: 2 pieces (large / boiled and peeled)

Butter: a tablespoon

Milk: 1/4 cup (full fat)

Salt: half a teaspoon

White pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon


How to prepare


Mash the boiled carrots and boiled potatoes with salt well.

Add milk, butter, and white pepper and mash until smooth.

Serve warm or hot, along with grilled meat or chicken, to taste.
