Ingredients
Ground meat: 500 grams
Onions: 1 piece (chopped)
Olive oil: a tablespoon
Peas: 1 cup (frozen)
Salt: half a teaspoon
Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
Mixed spices: a quarter of a teaspoon
Garlic: clove (chopped)
Potatoes: 4 pieces (large / boiled and mashed)
Cream: 1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup
Butter: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg: a quarter of a teaspoon
How to prepare
Place the ground beef in a wide frying pan over medium heat and stir until brown in color.
Add the oil and onion and stir for 5 minutes, until the onion is soft.
Add the green peas, garlic, salt, pepper and mixed spices, and stir for 7 minutes, until the meat is tender.
Grease the oven dish with a little oil and spread the meat in the plate.
Mix the mashed potatoes, butter, parmesan cheese, salt, cream and nutmeg well.
Spread the mixture in an oven dish over the meat.
Put the plate in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, until browning.
Serve hot next to a plate of salad.
