How to prepare

We start by cutting the cheese into slices, placing it in a deep dish and submerging it in water for 10 minutes, then changing the water and leaving it for an additional 10 minutes and repeating this step several times until the cheese becomes sweet and completely salt-free.

Put the sweet cheese in a deep dish, crumble it with a fork and mix it with the black seed.

Bring a wide tray and put a sheet of dough in it and put a tablespoon of cheese in the middle of the sheet and fold its sides on the filling, then fold the other sides and fix the edges of the wafer with a mixture of flour and water or with a little egg white.

Put in the tray and put the corn oil in a deep frying pan at a height of 5 cm and heat it over a medium heat and fry the flakes in several batches until they become golden and put them directly in the syrup and leave them for seconds in it, then remove them from the syrup and serve them warm or you can spread fine sugar over it as an alternative to the diameter.
