Avocado chocolate pudding for dieting



Almond milk: 1 cup (unsweetened)

Avocado: 2 tablets (peeled and pitted)

Cocoa: 1/3 cup (unsweetened / with an extra tablespoon)

Honey: 12 cup (plus 2 tablespoons extra)

Cinnamon: a quarter of a teaspoon

Vanilla: 2 tsp

How to prepare

We mix all ingredients with a food processor until we get a homogeneous creamy mixture.

We pour the mixture into serving cups and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
