Fettuccine with chicken and broccoli



Chicken Fillet: 2 Pieces (Cut)
Fettuccine: 250 grams
Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Sausages: 4 Pieces (chopped)
Milk: 5 cups
Broccoli: head (chopped)
Cream: 1 cup (liquid)
Black olives: 12 cup (sliced)
Parmesan cheese: 12 cup (grated)
Parsley: 12 cup (chopped)
Sweet red pepper: half a piece (diced)
Sweet green pepper: half a piece (diced)
Yellow pepper: half a piece (diced)
Garlic: 4 cloves (crushed)
Onions: 1 piece (large / chopped)
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Cardamom: 1 teaspoon (fine)
Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Oregano: 1 teaspoon
Basil: 1 teaspoon

How to prepare

    We start by heating the olive oil by two tablespoons in a thick frying pan.
    Add the chicken fillet pieces and stir them until soft, then add the garlic, onion, salt, paprika, cardamom, turmeric, oregano, basil and black pepper and stir the ingredients well.
    We add the sausage pieces and stir them, then leave them for a few minutes until they are soft, then remove them from the pan and add the rest of the oil, onions and garlic to the same pan while stirring.
    Add the milk and cream and leave the ingredients until they reach a boil and in another pan we boil the broccoli.
    Add the fettuccine, cubes of colored sweet pepper, slices of black olives and broccoli while stirring gently.
    We leave the ingredients for a few minutes until the fettuccine is cooked and absorb most of the milk, taking into account that the white sauce is not completely dried, then add the mixture of chicken, sausages and cheese and stir the ingredients with the pasta well, then we spread some cheese and parsley on the surface and present the fettuccine directly.
