Meat and vegetable stew is easy and tasty


Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
Beef: 1 kg (cut into 1 inch pieces each)
Salt: half a teaspoon
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Garlic: clove (crushed)
Onion: 1 piece (finely chopped)
Potatoes: 3 grains (cut into large cubes)
Carrots: 4 grains (cut into circles)
Celery: stick (chopped)
Meat broth: one and a half cups
Bay paper: 1 sheet
Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Flour: 1/4 cup (regular)

How to prepare

 Saline the pieces of meat and season.
Add oil to a frying pan, over medium heat, and fry the meat pieces in it for three minutes, until they become brown, and drain after that.
. Then, add the lamb chunks, onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes and celery to a large saucepan over strong heat.
 Pour the broth after two minutes, and sprinkle the chili powder. Add the soy sauce and bay leaf. The pot is covered and kept on strong heat for four hours.
In a bowl, mix the flour and half a cup of hot broth, then pour the mixture into the saucepan, to make the stew thin. The ingredients are kept on strong heat, while the saucepan is covered, for an additional 30 minutes.
The dish is served as soon as the mentioned time has elapsed. And garnish with parsley.
