Zainab fingers jewelry easy way


Flour: 3 cups
Semolina: 2 cups
Vegetable oil: 1 cup
Dill: 2 tablespoons (dried)
Anise: 2 tbsp
Black seed: a tablespoon
Sodium bicarbonate: a tablespoon
Water: 2 cups
Diameter: 1 cup

How to prepare

In a deep bowl, put the flour, semolina, oil, dill, anise, black seeds and baking soda.

Mix the ingredients until combined.

Add water and knead until you get a cohesive dough.

Cover the dough with non-stick nylon paper and leave it aside for about an hour until it rest.

Shape the dough into small balls, then pass it over a colander until you get the desired shape.

Heat abundant oil over the fire and fry the dough fingers in it until browned.

Raise the pot, place Zainab's fingers on a paper towel to soak up the oil.

Dip it in the syrup, then serve cold.
