 1 cup fresh broccoli

 1 cup zucchini, diced

 3 cups chopped cabbage

 4 cups tomato sauce

 ½ cup Parmesan cheese

 1 cup of mozzarella cheese

 How to prepare

 Put the lasagna slices in boiling salted water and boil them according to the instructions on the envelope, then drain and set them aside in a bowl.

 Chop the cabbage leaves and set them aside. Put the olive oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and add the onion and hot pepper and stir for two minutes, then add the garlic and stir for about 30 seconds before the garlic becomes brown, then add the yellow capsicum, broccoli and zucchini and stir for 3 or 4 minutes.

 Reduce heat, add cabbage, and stir until the leaves are wilted, then add salt, black pepper and hot pepper. Extend 1 cup of tomato sauce into an oven dish.

 Extend the lasagna slices and put in each of them 3 tablespoons tomato sauce and من cup of vegetables, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and roll the lasagna quietly and put it in the oven dish and spread the rest of the tomato sauce over the lasagna rolls and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella.

 We put the plate in the oven covered with aluminum foil for about 30 minutes, then remove the aluminum and put it again in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts. Take the plate out of the oven so that the lasagna rolls with vegetables are ready to be served
