Petit Four with cocoa

Petifor with cocoa is easy, quick to prepare and very delicious, as it is a dough made of flour, eggs, sugar, butter and cocoa and decorated with cream, chocolate and hazelnuts, loved by adults and preferred by young people over others, and Petifor is served with tea, coffee or Nescafe as desired.

    150 g butter

    1 cup of powdered sugar

    2 cups of flour

    1 egg

    2 teaspoons baking powder

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    1 tablespoon cocoa

    2 tablespoons of Nutella chocolate

    To decorate:

    Crema is ready

    Nutella chocolate


How to prepare

    In a deep bowl, put the butter, add sugar and mix well until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

    Add the egg, vanilla and chocolate and stir well.

    Add cocoa, baking powder and flour and rub the ingredients until we get a soft and cohesive dough.

    We form equal balls out of the dough and then fold each ball into a circular disk shape.

    Half the tablets in the tray and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes.

    We take out the tray from the oven and leave the disks until they cool. We decorate half the amount of Petifor with chocolate and hazelnuts and the other half with cream and hazelnuts, so that the petitfor is ready to serve.
