FRIED Chicken



* INGREDIENTS :


+ Marinade


° 2 cups buttermilk

° 1 ½ tsp Salt

° 1 ½ tsp Onion powder

° 1 ½ tsp Garlic powder

° 1 tsp Cayenne pepper

° ½ tsp spices

° 8 chiicken drumsticks

° 8 thiighs with bone and skin

° Breadcrumbs


° 3 cups uunbleached all purpose flour

° 1 ½ tsp Sweet smookeed paprika

° 1 ½ tsp Cayenne pepper

° 1 ½ tsp Garlic powder

° 1 ½ tsp Onion powder

° 1 ½ tsp Mustard powder

° 1 ½ tsp Salt

° Spiicy mayonnaise

° 1 cuup mayonnaiise

° 1 tbsp Sambal oelek

° 1 teaspoon of honey


* Preparation:

* Marinade

In a bowl, mix buttermilk, salt & spices . Adding chicken & coat well. Covering & refrigerate about at least 12 h .


Breadcrumbs


In a large bowl, combined flour, spices & salt.


Preheated oil in deep fryer to 160 ° C . Liine a baking sheet with paper towels .


Remove chicken from the marinade without over-drying it. Coat chicken in flour mixture. Soak a second tiime in marinade & coating the chicken again . Shaake to removiing excess . Reserving on a baking sheet . Frying four to five pieces at a time about 15 minutes. If you are using a thermometer, it should read 82 ° C while it is iinserted to center a piece. Drainage on absorbent paper. keep with rest chicken .


Spicy mayonnaise


Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix all ingredients. Serviing wiith chiicken .
