CROCKPOT Potato-Broccoli Cheddar Soup *


I like the recipe we grew up together, it's too good to lose.What a simple and cheap soup! !The homemade broccoli and cheddar potato soup is creamy and the fillings are delicious-perfect for this cold weather!


To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

 

* ingredients:


° 1 chopped onion

° 1 chopped carrot

° A handful of chopped celery

° 2 cloves minced garlic

° 1 tablespoon of butter

° 2.5 cups chicken broth

° 2 tablespoons of flour

° a cup of milk

° 2 potatoes, small cubes

° 4 c broccoli florets, little cubes

° 1 c cheddar cheese

° 1 tsp Parmesan cheese

 

* Methods :  


Chop onions, carrots, celery, and garlic in a food processor, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, and then add the chopped vegetables. Stir for 5 minutes.Adding flour, salt / pepper, stir well, adding broth, milk & potato pieces, boil also soak for 15 min .Adding broccoli sprouts & cheese also simmer for 5 min .Adding cheese, stirring well & removing from heat.

We take two cups of soup and grind them in a blender, put them in the saucepan.
