Delicious salmon and spinach lasagna



- Spinach: 2 cups (chopped)

- Smoked salmon: 150 grams (sliced)

- Lasagna: a box

- Cream: 2 cups

- Mozzarella cheese: a cup

- Parmesan cheese: a quarter of a cup

- Lemon zest: a tablespoon

- Garlic: two cloves (crushed)

- Onion: 1 piece (chopped)

- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

- Ricotta cheese: a cup

- Black pepper: half a teaspoon

- Salt: half a teaspoon

How to prepare

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onions and saute for 5 minutes.

Add spinach and my heart until wilted.

Season with salt and pepper, then add garlic and my heart.

Mix the cream with the ricotta cheese, lemon zest and Parmesan cheese.

Grease the oven dish with a little butter.

Spread a layer of lasagna slices, then spread the spinach mixture.

Distribute slices of salmon and then put a quantity of the cream mixture.

Repeat the ball to make 3 layers, making sure that the last layer is the cream mixture.

Spread mozzarella cheese on the face of the dish and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and serve hot.
