The method of work
1- Crush the biscuits, then mix them with butter and food coloring and place them in a cake pan.
2- Bake the base in the oven for 10 minutes.
3- Meanwhile, whisk together the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and pistachio pudding in a large bowl.
4- Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat again until the ingredients are homogeneous.
5- Spread the mixture on the aligned base and bake the cheesecake for an additional 50 minutes.
6- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature and then put it in the fridge before serving.
