Chicken with white cream



Chicken Seasoning Ingredients:

Chicken breast: 1 kilo

Salt, to taste

Black pepper: a teaspoon

- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

- Onion: 1 piece (chopped)

- Mushroom: can (cut into cubes)

- Salt: to taste

- White pepper: a teaspoon

- Cooking cream: 3 cups

How to prepare

To season the chicken: In a bowl, put the chicken breasts, season with salt and black pepper, and stir.

In a wide skillet over medium heat, place the chicken breasts and cover the skillet.

Leave the chicken over medium heat until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onions until softened, then add the mushrooms and season with salt and white pepper.

Stir the ingredients for about 3 minutes, then add the cooking cream.

When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and add the grilled chicken breasts.

Leave the pot on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Pour chicken with white cream in a serving dish.
