The essential holiday casserole dish. Creamy mushroom sauce dipped in juicy green beans, garnished with crunchy French onions.

* Ingredients :

° 2 cans (284 ml each) heavy cream of mushroom soup

° 1 cup milk

° 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

° ¼ cup shredded swiss cheese

° ¼ tsp. 1/2 tsp ground blackpepper

° 4 cans (398 ml each) any type of Del Monte green beans, drained

° 2 1/2 cups crispy fried onions

° 2 tbsp. chop fresh parsley

* Preparation:

In a 3-quart baking dish, add soup, milk, mustard, 12 cheese, black pepper, beans, and 1/2 cup onion.

Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 25 minutes or until bean mixture is hot and boiling. to mix everything. Sprinkle over the rest of the onions.

Cook onions for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and parsley.
