Chicken: 900 g (chopped)

Onion: 1 piece (chopped)

- Capsicum: 1 piece (chopped)

- Cherry tomatoes: 6 pieces

- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

- Balsamic vinegar: 2 tablespoons

- Salt: a teaspoon

- Black pepper: a pinch

- Oregano: a pinch

Rosemary: half a teaspoon

Wild thyme: a pinch

How to prepare

In a medium-sized bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, oregano, rosemary and thyme.

Add the chicken pieces, stir until the ingredients are homogeneous, then cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for about two hours until the chicken is marinated.

Place the chicken in an oven tray lined with tin foil, then add the onions, peppers and tomatoes.

Pour the spices sauce over the ingredients, then put the tray in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Leave the tray in the oven for about 60 minutes, until the chicken is well cooked.

Remove the tray from the oven and place it under the grill for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is browned.
