3 quarters of a cup of flour

How to prepare

In the mixer, put the butter and powdered sugar and beat them until the consistency is creamy.

Then add the oil, eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Add the powdered milk and starch while continuing to whisk the ingredients together.

Finally, mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add them to the ingredients with the kneading until we get a soft and smooth dough that we divide into equal balls.

We take a ball and spread it with the palm of the hand and stuff it with chocolate using a pastry bag, then close it and press it by hand.

In this way, until all the quantity is finished, then half of them are placed on a tray on butter paper, and using the knife, we form opposite lines on their faces.

We put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for a third of an hour.

After we take them out, we leave them to cool, then transfer them to a serving plate, healthy and here.
