6 eggs (separate the yolk from the white)

Half a cup of sugar

Half a cup and two tablespoons of flour

7 tablespoons melted butter

3 quarters of a cup of milk

How to prepare

In a bowl, sift the flour, then put the melted butter and milk in another bowl and mix them well.

Then add the butter and milk over the flour and mix well, then add the egg yolks and vanilla and beat them together.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites until well combined.

Then gradually add the sugar while whisking until the consistency becomes creamy.

Add the flour mixture and egg yolk on top of them and stir from the bottom up.

In a rectangular mold, put butter paper in it, leaving a margin on top, and pour the mixture into it.

We use another tray, put boiling water in it, then put the cake mold in the water tray and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 3 quarters of an hour.
