Ingredients
5 pitted apples
One and a half cups of orange juice
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup roasted and crushed almonds
Half a cup of raisins
two tablespoons of starch
two tablespoons of cinnamon
Half spoon of nutmeg
sugar cup
3 tablespoons butter
How to prepare
In a bowl, mix together the butter, almonds, walnuts and sugar and stir well.
Then add the starch, cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins and mix well.
Arrange the apples in a greased tray and stuff them with the mixture we have prepared.
The rest of the filling we mix with orange juice and then pour the apples in it.
Cover the tray with tin foil and put it in the oven at 220 degrees until the apples are soft.
