- Meat: 600 grams (cut into cubes)

- Onion: 1 piece (cut into slices)

- Potatoes: 3 pieces (cut into cubes)

- Tomato juice: 3 cups

- Salt: to taste

- Black pepper: a teaspoon

- Cinnamon: a teaspoon (ground)

- Garlic powder: a teaspoon

- Onion powder: a teaspoon

- Seven spices: a teaspoon

- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

How to prepare

In an oven tray, put the meat, potatoes, carrots, olive oil and onions, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seven spices and cinnamon.

Stir the ingredients well, then add the tomato juice.

Cover the tray with tin foil.
