Goulash with cheese and in oven

 





*Ingredients :

°1 pound ground beef
°1/3 cup chopped onion
°Ground black pepper, to taste
°2 teaspoons minced garlic
°1 cup dry macaroni pasta
° 1 can of 15 oz tomato sauce (or 2 cans of 8 oz)
°1 jar diced homemade canned tomatoes or 1 can low sodium diced
°1 teaspoon of soy sauce
°1 teaspoon of sugar
°1 teaspoon dried oregano
°2 teaspoons dried basil
°1 teaspoon dried parsley
°1 cup grated cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese

*Directions :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put a pot of water to boil for the pasta. In  skillet on medium heat, adding burger and chop onions, & grind bunch of black pepper on it. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are translucent. At the last moment, add the minced garlic. Drain off any fat, if necessary.
When the water boils for the pasta, add the macaroni and cook until al dente, then drain and set aside. It will cooking more in oven. Meantime, adding tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar & herbs to ground beef also stirring to incorporate.
Then add the cheddar cheese (or maybe the parsley if you forgot) and stir until the cheese is melted. Stir in cooked macaroni until combined.
Pour into a 2 liter casserole sprayed with oil. Top with mozzarella and bake for 30 minutes.
Leave to rest for about 5 minutes, then serve with buttered bread, and a salad if you wish.
