Ingredients
Cheesecake base ingredients:
Plain tea biscuits: a cup and a half (crumbled)
Butter: ¼ cup (melted)
To prepare the second layer:
Yogurt milk: 2 cups
Sugar: half a cup
Salt: a pinch
Eggs: 2 tablets
Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
Corn starch: a tablespoon
Fruits: as desired (for sauce / for garnish)
How to prepare
To prepare the cheesecake base: In a mixing bowl, place the crumbled biscuits, add the butter and mix until combined.
Put the biscuits in the cheesecake mold and arrange it well.
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
To prepare the second layer: In the bowl of the electric mixer, put the following ingredients: eggs, sugar, vanilla, and yogurt and mix well.
When you find that the mixture has a smooth and homogeneous consistency, add the salt, cornstarch and mix the ingredients again.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base, then bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, then serve, decorated as desired.
