Buttermilk Cornbread

 




HOW TO MAKE BUTTERMILK CORNBREAD:

  • Ingredient:

1/4 cup of enriched corn meal

1 1/4 of all purpose flour

1/4 cup of sugar

2 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp of salt capital

1 cup of buttermilk

1 egg beaten

1/4 cup of veg oil

  • Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a greased pan.

Bake at 400 F.
