°1/2 c mayonnaise
°1/3 c sugar
°1/4 c milk
°1/4 c buttermilk
°2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
°1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
°1/2 tsp salt
°1/8 tsp pepper
°8 c finely cabbage 
°1/4 cup shredded carrots (1 medium carrot)
°2 tablespoons chopped onion


Make sure the cabbage and carrots are cut into very fine pieces (slightly larger than the rice)

Mixing mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt / pepper in bowl. Beat to smooth
Adding cabbage, carrots also onions. Blend well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you let it sit overnight it's even better
