*ingredients :

1 pound of bacon
1 large head of lettuce - washed, dried and chopped
1 red onion chopped
1 pack (10 ounces) froz green peas
10 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white sugar
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

*directions

Adding bacon to  skillet and cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Shrink also set aside
Placing  chopped lettuce in  flat bowl, and layer on top of  onions, peas, shredded cheese, cauliflower also bacon.
Making dressing by whisk  mayonnaise, sugar, also Parmesan cheese Sprinkling on salad, put in fridge to cool..wrap or in a jar with an airtight lid, and let cool until ready to serve
