Strawberry- Shortcake-Cake with Cream Cheese

*ingredients:

+To make the bottom crust you will need:
°22 crushed golden Oreos
°5 tablespoons melted butter
°For the filling, you will need:
°4 8-oz pack cream cheese
°1 2/3 c sugar
°1/4 c cornstarch
°1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
°2 large eggs
°3/4 c heavy whip cream
°A jar of smokers with a layer of strawberry ice cream
+For the first place, you will need:
°12pcs Golden Oreos mashed and divided into 2 bowls (one for regular Oreo garnish and one for Oreo lid
your strawberry)
°1 1/2 teaspoons soft butter
°3 tablespoons of a small package of strawberry gelatin

* Methods :

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (you can do this to ensure there is a heat-regulating space inside the oven, so that all parts of the cake can be prepared at the same time - both inside and out).
Cover the outside of the pan with aluminum foil and apply butter generously on the inside to prevent sticking.
For the crust - crush the Oreo and incorporate the butter, pressing into the bottom of your molding tray.
For the filling - Place one 8-ounce package of cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar, and cornstarch in a large bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer over low heat until creamy, about 3 minutes, then beat in the remaining 3 packages of cream cheese. Raise the mixer speed to high and whisk in the remaining 1/3 cup sugar, then whisk in the vanilla.

Mix the eggs, one at a time, beating the mixture well after each one.
Mix the heavy cream.
At this point, blend the filling just until completely blended. Be careful not to over mix the mixture.
Gently pour half of the cheese filling over the prepared crust. A tablespoon of half a jar of strawberries is a topping here and there. Drag a butter knife across the strawberries to season the cheese/berries. Put a spoonful in the other half of the mixture and repeat the process over the strawberries. Bake for 1 hour, or until lightly shaken when shaken gently.
To decorate the crumbs - In a small bowl or food processor, add the Oreo cookies and mix into large crumbs. Add the softened butter and mix gently with a fork or hands until pea-sized pieces stick together. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into a small bowl and set aside. Pour the strawberry jelly powder over the remaining crumbs and continue to stir the pieces together. Add more softened butter if necessary until the mixture sticks to the cake. Pour the top layer over the cake.

Serve in & Enjoy !
