Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones


*Ingredients :

°Waffle cones

°fresh strawberry

°Colwipe 8 oz.

+for crumbs:

°Crushed Golden Oreos


°Strawberry Jello 3 oz.

 +to fill in:

°16 oz cream cheese 

°Half a c granulated sugar

°2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

°1 teaspoon vanilla

°Cold whisk 8 oz

+For glazing:

°1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

°3-5 tablespoons heavy cream

°1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

* Methods :

 Step 1: Crush 16-18 Oreos and add 3-4 ounces of butter. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. The crumbs should now be slightly doughy in consistency. Add 3 ounces of strawberry jelly to the paste and cover the waffles.

Step 2: In a large bowl using a hand mixer, cream the cream cheese for 3-4 minutes until the lumps are gone and completely smooth. Making sure to scrape bowl at least twice during this time.

Step 3: Add the sugar and flour and mix well until fluffy. Scrape sides & bottom of bowl. Add the vanilla extract and cool and mix well until fluffy and fluffy.

Step 4: Bake the cones for 5 minutes. Take out from the oven and leave to cool. Fill each cone with the cream cheese filling. Top each cone with chopped fresh strawberries.

Step 5: Place the icing sugar in a medium sized bowl.

Step 6: Add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream at a time until you reach the consistency you want your frosting or drizzle to be. Add the vanilla extract, mix well and immediately sprinkle over the cones.
