Chocolate-Rice-Krispie-Balls

 



*Ingredients :


°1/2 c peanut butter

°3 tablespoons softened butter

°1 teaspoon of vanilla

°1 cup (250ml) Rice Krispies

°1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped pecans

°1 c shredded coconut

°1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips (300g)

°1 square (1 oz (30 g)) sweetened chocolate


*Preparation :


Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate). Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then shape into balls. Return to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (and even better, if it's longer). Melt the chocolate over low heat. Dip the balls, one at a time, into chocolate and transfer to parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Freezes well.
