Creamy coconut cake with syrupš¤¤
Cake ingredients:
150g cream cheese
1 and 1/4 cup margarine
3 cups of sugar
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut milk
6 eggs
3 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon cooking dust
Margarine and wheat flour to grease
Syrup:
1 can of condensed milk
100g coconut flakes
How to prepare:
Comb all of the cake ingredients in the blender except the yeast until smooth. Put it in a bowl and mix the yeast with a spoon.
Grease and blast a hole-in-the-middle casting 24cm in diameter and dump the mass. Take it to the preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until it thickens and browns.
Always hot. Mix the ingredients for the syrup and cover the whole cake. Let it cool completely and serve.
