Garlic Butter Steak Bites Recipe

*Ingredients.

°2 pounds sirloin steak

°1 tablespoon olive oil

°½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

°½ teaspoon of salt

°¼ cup unsalted butter

°5 minced garlic cloves

°½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

°1 t parsley

Cut the steak into cubes about 2 inches in size. Salt and pepper the steak.

Placing olive oil in skillet & heat over high heat.

Place a steak in a frying pan - until you have a single layer of steak. Don't add all at once - work in batches to cook single layers until all the steak is done. Fry each batch for about 4-5 minutes until cooked through. As each batch is cooked, place it in a serving platter.

Once all the steak is cooked and in the serving dish, use the same skillet to prepare the butter mixture. Place the butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until melted and the garlic is lightly browned (no more than 2 minutes).

Pour butter mixture over steak bites and toss to coat. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish.

Enjoy !
