Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls

 



These Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls are a delicious twist on one of your favorite desserts! It's filled with sweet, fresh peaches and baked to perfection! These are the perfect desserts for big gatherings because they're quick and easy and everyone will love them! Ingredients for making peach egg rolls

° 12 egg rolls

° 2 1/4 cups fresh peaches 3 peaches

° 1/4 cup granulated white sugar

° 1/4 cup water

° 1 tablespoon cornstarch

° 2 teaspoons lemon juice

° 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

° 1 scrambled egg

2 tablespoons melted butter

° 1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

° Homemade vanilla ice cream ingredients

° 1 cup confectioners' sugar

° 2 tablespoons milk

° 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


* Directions :


First, start by peeling fresh peaches. On a cutting board, cut the peaches into slices and cut them into cubes.

In bowl, adding cornstarch // water. Mix it with an electric beater to break up any lumps.

Next, in a saucepan over medium heat, add the peach cubes, white sugar, and water mixed with cornstarch and lemon juice. Stir throughout and cook until peach mixture thickens and bubbles. Removing from heat & adding vanilla extract.

Beat your egg in a small bowl.

Nextly, melt butter in microwave-safe bowl.

In a separate bowl, prepare the cinnamon sugar by adding the brown sugar and cinnamon to the bowl and mixing them well.

Prepare the egg rolls. Add 2 tablespoons of the peach mixture to one egg roll in the center. Brush the corners of the egg rolls with beaten egg to make sure the egg rolls seal well. Fold the egg rolls according to the instructions on the package.

Next, dip the finished egg rolls in the melted butter first. Then immediately roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture making sure to cover it completely.

Place the peach egg rolls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Add vanilla cream and powdered sugar, if desired.
