Brownie Sundae Cheesecake

This has all the stuff in it l love. Brownies , cheesecake and chocolate!!! WOW!!!

-I’ve made this cheesecake at least 20 times, probably closer to 25 times. This is one of the BEST cheesecakes I’ve ever had! It’s also very easy to make!

-HAHA! Yes Sherri the other half is to munch on . BTW everyone, if any of you are near a Sam’s Club they have a premade pilsbury brownie in their bakery that is delicious . That would be a great time saver for this recipe

-Oh holy….Well. You ladies have sure made my winter slimming plan even more of a joke than usual. However, since I am going to be the queen of “Who brought this fabbo dessert?” to club meetings, I may forgive you. Has anyone made these in muffin tins, with a chocolate wafer in the bottom (or an Oreo)? Just wondering…about buffet options. I shall report back.

-Hi Debbie..I would be leary of doubling this recipe, It is already a pretty large cheesecake . I would be scared it would crack due to longer baking times. I would make two separate cheesecakes , you will have plenty of brownies to do so.

Cook time: 55 Min Serves: 10 or so

Ingredients

1 box brownie mixed and baked according to directions

CHOCOLATE CRUST

1 1/2 c crushed vanilla wafer (about 45 cookies)

6 Tbsp powdered sugar

6 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 stick butter melted

CHEESECAKE

4 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature

1 c sugar

4 eggs

chocolate sundae syrup in a bottle…or any kind

1 tsp pure vanilla

Directions

Make brownies and allow to cool.

Preheat oven to 350. Mix crust ingredients, spray pan with cooking spray. Press mixture into a 9 inch springform pan. Bake 8 min and allow to cool slightly.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Gradually add eggs one at a time. Pour batter into crust.

Cube up about half the pan of brownies. Sprinkle the pieces into the batter and push them down. Drizzle chocolate sundae syrup on top and with a butter knife swirl gently to give it the marble effect.

Bake 50-55 min.

Loosen from pan after cooled. Cover and refrigerate. Better served cold.

Last Step: Don’t forget to share!
