CABBAGE SOUP ROLL


Ingredients:


one tsp olive oil

four hundred fifty g (one lb) semi-lean ground beef

one chop onion

 garlic

half savoy cabbage, sliced

°1.5 L (6 c) beef broth

one hundred twenty five ml (half c) long-grain white rice

one can five hundred forty ml tomatoes

three stalks thyme


Preparation


In-saucepan, heat oil heat. Cooking ground beef for four to five min, breaking up meat with wooden spoon, to it has lost its pink color.

Adding onion, garlic & cabbage. Cooking for two min.

Adding broth, rice, tomatoes also thyme. Bring to boil, & simmer on low-medium heat for twenty one to twenty six min.
