The Cheese Dip That Will Make You Famous❤️🤤😍

Hey, thanks for all the great reviews – I’m really flattered! Thank you also for not making a recipe completely different from the one that was written and then declaring that you didn’t like it. I don’t understand that. Thanks again. Don’t forget to use EXTRA-CURRENT cheddar! **UPDATE 06/24/2011** Thanks to Yakaty for suggesting the addition of worchestershire and mustard. It makes this IMO even better! Thanks again to everyone for the reviews! PS If it’s not Duke, it’s not mayo! It was without a doubt the best chilli pepper I have ever eaten! I omitted the jalapenos, and I increased the cayenne a bit because I like my chilli pepper with a bit of bite. Apart from that, this recipe is flawless. Thank you very much for sharing!

That’s exactly how I’ve always made the chilli pepper (without the chilli peppers). I took some to work once and 4 people told me it was the best they ever ate. Yummy!

Ingredients

8 ounces of cream cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, or jalopeno pepper

1 cup mayonnaise

1 small purple onion, diced (you can also use chopped green onions)

Directions

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a shallow baking dish (a square pan or round quiche pan 9″ will be perfect).

Step 2

Microwave on high power for about 2 minutes or until ingredients are melted enough to mix.

Step 3

Stir until combined.

Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 5

Serve with cereal or Frito’s Scoops for dipping.
