No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars 😍

 



*Ingredients


°175 grams rolled oats

°100 grams chocolate chips

°100 grams Slivered almonds

°1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)

°1⁄2 tsp Salt

°240 grams peanut butter

°170 grams Honey (or maple syrup for a vegan version)

°1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract


*Instructions


Start by blending 250g of unsalted roasted peanuts until you have a smooth butter. To book.


Wash the blender, dry it then put the oat flakes in it and blend them very lightly for 2 to 3 seconds. The goal is only to chop them slightly and not to mix them into flour.


Transfer the contents of the blender to a bowl.


Add the chocolate chips, slivered almonds, cinnamon and salt. Mix all these dry ingredients with a wooden spoon.


Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Mix with a wooden spoon then knead with your fingertips.


Line a rectangular dish with baking paper and pour in the contents of the bowl. Start by rolling out the dough with your fingers then press it down with a glass.


Refrigerate for about 4 hours then cut rectangles of similar sizes. It is possible to wrap them individually in baking paper and put them in a zip bag for good conservation. Freezing is even recommended!
