Banana split cake without baking

100 g of almonds

70g oatmeal

75 g dates / raisins

1 to 2 tablespoons of water

2 bananas (can be replaced by another fruit)

7 dates

2 tablespoons of peanut / almond butter

150 g of quark

Mix the almonds and the oatmeal.

Add the dates or raisins and mix again until you get a paste. If you have trouble mixing the ingredients or the dough has too many lumps, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.

Spread the dough on the boottom of a cake pan or other mold (depending on the amount of dough, the mold should be at least 15 cm in diameter).

Add the cut or mashed bananas to the dough.

To prepare the icing, mix the quark, dates and peanut or almond butter.

Spread the frosting on the cake and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

If the cake comes apart when you cut it, place it in the freezer for a few minutes.
