How To Clean Tile Grout

Ingredients:

Baking soda

Vinegar

Water

Old toothbrush or grout brush

Instructions:

🧹 Sweep or vacuum the area to remove any loose dirt or debris.

Mix a paste of baking soda and water. Start with a 1:1 ratio and add more water as needed to make a thick paste.

🧼 Apply the baking soda paste to the grout lines, using a toothbrush or grout brush to work it in. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

🚿 Mix equal parts water and vinegar in a spray bottle. Spray the solution onto the baking soda paste and watch it fizz.

Use the toothbrush or grout brush to scrub the grout lines again, this time using the vinegar solution.

Rinse the area thoroughly with water and dry with a clean towel.

💡 Tip: For stubborn stains, you can substitute hydrogen peroxide for vinegar in step 4. Just be sure to test in an inconspicuous area first as it can sometimes cause discoloration.

Now you have a clean and fresh tile grout that looks as good as new!
