Quiche, broccoli and chicken

Broccoli and chicken quiche is a dish that comes from the French cuisine, which is a tart dough with a filling of vegetables, chicken and cheese with a delicious creamy sauce and an irresistible delicious shape.

To prepare the tart:

1 ¾ cup flour

½ 1 teaspoon sugar

Pinch of salt

125g butter

1 egg

2 tablespoons of milk

To prepare the filling:

Kilo broccoli

1 onion, finely chopped

olive oil

Zest cheese

½ A kilo of chicken breasts

To prepare the sauce:

4 eggs

1 ¼ cup of cooking cream

Pinch of salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Pinch of oregano

How to prepare

Sift the flour in a bowl, add sugar and salt, stir, then add the cold butter and knead the ingredients.

Add eggs and milk and knead until we get a soft dough, then wrap it with nylon and put it in the fridge for half an hour.

Boil water, put the broccoli pieces in it, boil for about five minutes, and then drain.

Put a little olive oil in a frying pan, add the onions, and sauté until golden.

Boil the chicken breasts, halve them, cut them into cubes, put them in a bowl, add onions, zest cheese and broccoli and stir.

Grease the tart tray and sprinkle it with flour and put parchment paper on it, then extend the dough so that it covers the pan from the bottom and sides.

We pierce the dough with a fork and put on it butter paper and weight so that it does not swell during baking, so we put it in the oven at 180 for about 8-10 minutes, then remove the weight and the parchment paper and leave it in the oven for five minutes.

We put the eggs in a bowl and beat, then add the cream, black pepper and oregano and stir.

Place the filling on top of the tartar, then pour the sauce and place the pan in the oven at 180 heat for about 35-40 minutes.

After it cools down a little, transfer it to a serving dish and so it is ready.
