Chocolate Swissroll Cake


- Flour: a cup

- Milk: half a cup

- Powdered sugar: half a cup

Cocoa: 2 tablespoons (raw)

Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Vanilla: 2 teaspoons

- Eggs: 4 pieces (red)

- Chocolate: half a cup (liquid / for filling)

How to prepare

Mix all ingredients together well with an electric mixer.

Take a rectangular tray, line it with parchment paper, and pour the mixture over it.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and cut the cake in half.

Add the chocolate, roll it up, roll it up and put it in the fridge for an hour.

Take the cake out of the fridge and cut it, put the chocolate sauce on top and decorate it with strawberries.
