Cinnamon and Walnut Claage


Ingredients

- Philo dough: a package

- Walnut: 250 grams (chopped)

- Butter: a cup (melted)

- Cinnamon: a teaspoon (ground)

- Shira: a cup and a half


How to prepare

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius.

Grease a rectangular tray with butter.

Mix the walnuts with the ground cinnamon in a dish.

Put several layers of phyllo dough in the prepared dish, brushing with butter on each layer.

Spread the mixture of walnuts and cinnamon over the dough.

Lay several layers of filo over the walnuts, brushing with butter on each layer.

Cut the face of the tray with a knife in the form of squares from the face and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.

Take the tray out of the oven and leave to cool.

Pour the syrup over the baklava, cut it and serve.
