Easy cauliflower pane


 Ingredients

- Water: 4 cups (boiled)

- Milk: a cup and a quarter (liquid)

- Sugar: a teaspoon

- Salt: a tablespoon and a half

- Cumin: 2 teaspoons

- Cauliflower: 1 grain (chopped)

- Eggs: 2 tablets

- Black pepper: a teaspoon

- Cakes: a cup (ground)

- Starch: 2 tablespoons

- Vegetable oil: 3 cups

How to prepare

In a saucepan, put boiling water over medium heat, a cup of milk, sugar, half the amount of salt and cumin and stir the ingredients.

Put the cauliflower in the mixture, cover the pot and leave it on the fire for 10 minutes to boil.

In a bowl, put the eggs, the remaining amount of milk, the remaining amount of salt, cumin and black pepper and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.

In another bowl, mix cake and starch.

Drain the cauliflower from the water, dip each piece of cauliflower in the egg mixture, then coat with the muffin mixture and starch, and place on a side dish.

Heat the oil in a saucepan over the heat and fry the cauliflower, stirring in the oil until browned.

Drain the cauliflower from the oil and serve hot.
