Cinnamon cake with local milk



Filling Ingredients:

Butter: ½ cup (melted)

Brown sugar: half a cup

Sweetened condensed milk: half a cup

Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon (ground)

Vanilla: a teaspoon

For cream:

Cream cheese: a box (soft)

Butter: ¼ cup (soft)

Powdered sugar: 2 cups

Milk: 3 tablespoons (liquid)

Vanilla: half a teaspoon

- Ready-made vanilla cake mix: a package

- Eggs: 3 pieces

- Milk: half a cup

- Water: half a cup

Butter: ¼ cup (melted)

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a cake pan, grease it with butter and line it with butter paper.

Beat the cake mixture, eggs, milk, water and butter with an electric mixer on a medium speed until the ingredients are combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until done and leave the cake to cool.

To prepare the filling: mix brown sugar, butter, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon and vanilla and set aside.

After the cake has cooled a little, make holes with the hand of a wooden spoon in the cake and pour the filling mixture into the holes and over the cake and leave to cool at room temperature.

To make the cream: Beat cream cheese and butter until blended and smooth.

Add sugar and a spoonful of milk and mix, then add the rest of the milk and vanilla while continuing to beat until you get a soft and smooth cream.

Spread the cream on top of the cake and leave it in the fridge until serving, then cut it and serve.
