Ingredients
- Milk: a cup (liquid, skimmed)
- Dark chocolate: 100 grams (grated)
- Cream: 200 ml
Gelatin: encapsulated
How to prepare
Pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on a medium heat until it warms up, then dissolve the gelatin in it.
Add the chocolate to the mixture and mix well until the ingredients are combined.
Pour the cream and leave the pot on the fire, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.
Pour the mixture into glasses and place it in the refrigerator until it cools, then serve.
