Ingredients

First class ingredients:

Flour: cup

Brown sugar: half a cup

Almonds: half a cup (crushed)

Butter: 1250 g (melted)

Second layer ingredients:

Brown sugar: half a cup

Butter: 1/4 cup (+ 2 tablespoons extra)

Sweetened condensed milk : 1 can (large can)

Vanilla extract: a teaspoon

Third class ingredients:

Chocolate: 1 cup (melted)

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 180°C, and line an oven tray with parchment paper, making sure the edges are protruding from the edges.

To prepare the first layer: In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, almonds and melted butter, and mix the ingredients well until you get a dough consistency.

Stack the dough in the tray, and put it in the oven for 25 minutes, until it turns golden.

To prepare the second layer: In a saucepan over medium heat, put the sugar, butter, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and mix constantly until it thickens.

Remove the tray from the oven, spread the caramel mixture over the flour mixture, and let the mixture cool at room temperature.

Grease the top of the dessert with melted chocolate, cover the tray with nylon paper and put it in the freezer until the dessert is frozen.

Serve dessert at room temperature.
