Fish with vegetables in the oven


- Fish: 3 medium grains

- Tomato: 2 pieces -

Sweet pepper: 1 piece

- Onion: 1 piece

Garlic: 4 cloves

Curry: a teaspoon

Salt: a teaspoon

Olive oil: a tablespoon

- Water: a cup

- Parsley: as desired (finely chopped / for decoration)

How to prepare

Clean the fish well and garnish with a little salt and curry.

Chop the tomatoes, onions, capsicum and garlic and place them in a medium-sized tray.

Pour a tablespoon of olive oil and a cup of water over the ingredients.

Put the fish in the tray and stir over the fire for 20 minutes.

Transfer the tray to the oven and leave it for a quarter of an hour.

Garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
