Margherita pizza with cheese


- Pizza dough :

White flour: 3 cups

Yeast: a teaspoon

Salt: half a teaspoon

Vegetable oil: a quarter cup

Warm water: as needed

Pizza filling:

Tomato: 4 grains (grated)

Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

Tomato sauce: a tablespoon

Garlic: clove (crushed)

Nashif basil: a teaspoon

Salt: half a teaspoon

Oregano: ½ teaspoon (dried)

White pepper: a pinch

Mozzarella cheese: 200 g (grated)

How to prepare

To prepare the dough: Put the dry ingredients in a large dish, then stir them well until they are mixed, then add the oil and warm water and mix well until the dry ingredients absorb the liquids.

Take out the dough and continue kneading it on the kitchen table while continuing to knead it for 10 minutes, then start rolling the dough and return it to the plate with a few drops of oil on its face so that a crust does not form on it, then cover the bowl with a nylon bag and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size.

To prepare the filling: Heat the oil in a deep saucepan, add the garlic and stir, then add the tomato sauce and oregano, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and dried basil.

After the mixture boils, reduce the heat and let the sauce thicken for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Turn off the fire and use the sauce after it cools.

After the dough has fermented, prepare a baking tray with short edges and grease it with a little oil.

Spread the dough on the tray so that it becomes thin and leave it to rest for 15 minutes, then turn on the oven at 180 ° C.

Start by spreading the filling while it is cold on top of the dough, then sprinkle the grated cheese on it, then put the tray into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, and brown the face until the cheese acquires a golden color.
