Oven meat tray with sauce and potatoes



  Ingredients

- Lamb: 1 kilo (cut into cubes)

Potatoes: 300 grams (peeled and cut into medium cubes)

Tomato juice: 3 cups

Lemon juice: half a cup

- White vinegar: 2 tablespoons

- Salt: a tablespoon

- Mixed spices: 2 teaspoons

- Tomato: 5 grains (chopped)

- Rosemary: juicy (fresh)

- Water: as needed


How to prepare

In a bowl, mix salt, spices, lemon juice and vinegar, then put the meat and potatoes and leave them to soak for about two hours.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Put the meat and potatoes in an oven tray.

Pour tomato juice and chopped tomatoes over the tray.

Pour water until half of the meat is covered.

Cover the tray with two tin foil and put it in the oven for an hour, or until the meat and potatoes are done.

Remove the tin foil and lightly brown the top of the tray for about 5 minutes.
