Chicken wings with buffalo sauce is a delicious and wonderful recipe, which is fried chicken wings dipped in buffalo sauce, which combines the sweet, sour and spicy taste.

1 kilo chicken wings drenched in vinegar

Half a cup of flour

3 quarters of a cup of starch

1/4 cup vinegar

3 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons ketchup

A spoon and a half of honey

3 tablespoons tomato paste

Two tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons starch + ½ cup water

How to prepare

Season chicken wings with salt and pepper to cover all sides and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the flour and starch, dip the wings in them well, then heat the oil and fry them over a medium heat until they are soft and brown.

Now we prepare the sauce in a saucepan, put the butter, melt it, add tomato paste, ketchup, honey, sugar and the spices we mentioned and mix them well.

Then dissolve two tablespoons of starch in half a cup of water and add it to the sauce, add salt and vinegar, and finally soy sauce and stir to boil.

After we finished frying the wings, we put them in a large frying pan and pour the sauce that we prepared on them, stir them together for a few minutes.

Put the chicken wings with buffalo sauce in the serving dish, so that it is ready and healthy.
