Crispy Chicken Tender

Crispy chicken is one of the delicious and quick recipes preferred by adults and children. What distinguishes our recipe is that it is healthy because it is grilled in the oven without frying and its crunchy is irresistible.

Ingredients

Half a kilo of chicken breast, sliced

Vinegar and lemon to soak chicken

a cup of milk

5 bags of hot Doritos chips

spoon of each spice:

salt

paprika

ginger powder

Onion and garlic powder

curry

pepper

How to prepare

First clean the chicken and rub it with vinegar and lemon well from all sides.

Then put the chicken in a bowl and top with salt, paprika, ginger, onion, garlic powder, curry, pepper and milk.

Mix the ingredients together well, cover and leave for two hours until the chicken absorbs the flavors.

In a bowl, shred the chips with hands and set aside.

After the time has passed for the chicken, we take them out of the mixture and dip them in the chips we grinded.

Arrange the chicken slices in a tray on butter paper and then put them in the oven at 180 degrees so that the chicken matures slowly.

Then we turn on the oven from the top to brown a little and in this way our recipe ended.
